Back East is our homage to one of our favorite ingredients; hops.
Inspired by New England IPAs, Back East is juicy and tropical heavy with waves of peach, pineapple and tangerine flavors accented with a soft pillowy mouthfeel and soft bitterness.
Brewed with Mecca Grade Lamonta malt, Yakima Valley Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops and Yakima Chief Hops Citra and Mosaic cryo hops, Bootleg Biology NEEPAH yeast and Kuna water.
Fermented in stainless steel.
Force carbonated using carbon dioxide.
